Learn to cultivate a healthy relationship with your body, food, and movement with the unique "Body Positive" approach.  A combination of Health at Every Size ® and intuitive eating, the Body Positive approach teaches each individual to reclaim health, step away from body criticism, live intuitively, believe in their beauty, and build community around healthy relationships with their body. 

Lily is a trained facilitator by the organization  The Body Positive. She is available to lead Body Positive workshops for groups or individuals. She has experience facilitating in elementary, high school, and college settings as well as for yoga teacher trainings and community groups of varying themes.
