Dr. Amy Curtis received a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and completed a 2-year residency at One Connection Healthcare. She provides Primary Care to all genders ages 13 and up; and for those who are already happily working with a primary care physician, can provide Specialty or Targeted Care.

Dr Curtis's own experiences in the healthcare system, both as a patient and as a caregiver, brought her to naturopathic medicine. Her goal is to provide compassionate and holistic care to those who feel they're not being heard, or being dismissed because their symptoms don’t fit a diagnosis.

Philosophy and Approach

Dr Curtis strives to provide care that focuses on removing obstacles to health and building a greater capacity for healing. She has a deep respect for the innate healing intelligence of the mind, body and spirit. Her role is to learn about your unique needs and preferences and help guide you along your chosen path, away from suffering. She is committed to providing unconditional respect to all individuals wherever they are in their health journey. She has experience working with people who have a history of disordered eating and practices from a weight-neutral and trauma-informed approach.

Areas of Interest

She treats a variety of health concerns including: women's health concerns (PCOS, painful or irregular periods, hormonal imbalances, pelvic floor dysfunction), autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's, Celiac, Sjogren's, RA, Antiphospholipid syndrome), digestive disorders (GERD, SIBO/SIFO, IBS, IBD), neurodegenerative disease (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease), unexplained syndromes (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome/ME, post/long-COVID), mycotoxin/mold illness and other environmental illnesses, chronic infections (Lyme and co-infections, chronic sinusitis), hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD, hEDS), MCAS, chronic illnesses (diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver disease) and mental health concerns.

During medical school, she pursued additional training in a variety of hands-on approaches to address pain, stress and reduced vitality including craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, hydrotherapy and trigger point injections. She provides neurofeedback sessions (brain training) to help promote a better self-regulated and resilient nervous system. (See Neurofeedback page for more details.)
